Our H&B slotted spoon is perforated with to let liquids and thin sauces drain out, while keeping the main event there where you want it. Perfect for scooping, straining, and draining, we love a good slotted spoon for delivering poached eggs from a hot bath. We added a silicone handle to our slotted spoon so it stays cool to the touch while resting on cookware.
